Bwahahahahahahaha!

Just on a fluke I logged on to my blog this morning to try to remember what I had posted the last time I was on here and I have to admit that I laughed!
What hopeful thoughts and feelings went into that last post! Believe it or not, summer is mostly over already. Weather is a bit cooler today and the kids are all back in school in one form or another.
I never posted a thing!

I am truly ashamed of myself! It has been a very busy summer but mostly without pictures, I am afraid. We do have some but I believe I didn't keep the camera in fresh batteries and we didn't really go to too many places but we did do some work on the house we moved into in December and it's just been a weird summer.

When I have a little time I will need to sit down and maybe post a collection of a variety of pictures from things that did happen over the summer, maybe something that will make up for my lack of posting.

My apologies to the one or two people out there who may actually check this blog at some point and time!

How long's it been?

I am just writing a quick little ditty for you all (all three of you) that read my blog to let you know that I haven't forgotten you!

I am not sure how long it has been since I have been on here and posted something. I am sure I can go and look it up . . . I know it has been awhile though because when I went to log on I almost couldn't remember my address and password!!!

I also know it has been a long time because I happened to be looking through the pictures on the camera because we had a birthday party for Hailey today and saw the pictures from Hayden's birthday still on there and some from earlier than that of the kids being lazy on a Saturday!

My deepest apologies! It just seems so busy anymore but I am wondering if it is just that I am getting older and becoming much slower!!!!!!

Enough said . . . it is late tonight so I won't have time to post the things I want to but I will do my best to get you some new material fairly soon!

Chocolate Face!

Ty loves milk mustaches so today he felt he had a really nice one and actually asked me if I would take a picture.


It is actually a chocolate milk mustache but he is very impressed by it. Thought I would write up a little post for him. Silly kid!

Random . . .

Went out to get the mail and noticed this little "guy" hanging from my lamp at the front entrance. Huge!

Here is my "professional" attempt to show you how big this guy really was. . . in numbers I am thinking close to three inches long!

He wasn't moving at all and then I started to wonder if it was dead, caught in a spider's web or something. So I poked him with that trusty pencil . . .

Nope! Wasn't dead! I will assume this is some form of warning. I think I'll just leave the little guy alone!
